The 11 actions to makes your mornings better -

  • Your wake up time.

This is the start for your day. We should always be awake before 7.00 AM for a head start. But make sure you cover at least 6-7 hrs of good sound sleep. Body Chronology is based by the time you’re up from sleep.

 

  •  First intake

Your first intake for the day should be the water, but as a meal make sure your first meal of day stays healthy. It is important for not making you feel slow for the rest of the day. When you overload for the mornings, you will carry guilt for what you had and make your morning schedules worse.

 

  • Hygiene

Hygiene is one should never skip. Your Brushing, Gut cleansing and Bathing are essential to make you feel fresh and confident for the whole day. Skipping these under any cost will result in unpleasant situations. (Very Important, If you’d wish to discuss more on this comment below)

 

  •  Environment

Your Bed, your bedroom is clearly your state of mind. They always represent your state of mind, so make sure your environment clean and tidy so is your mind. Messy room is a representation of a messy mind.

  • Stretching’s

When you sleep you sleep in several positions but still your body is just laid. So when you wake up your muscles and tissues in your body would be in rest mode to action mode. To make you flexible stretching your body is needed. And yes it feels good too.

 

  •        Yoga and meditations

These are Technically, Scientifically and personally it is the best thing to do in the Mornings.  I bet your day will be a blast, or if it goes wrong or if your plans didn’t work, this gives you a stability and consciousness to move forward and think what’s next by both physically and mentally.

 

  •        Music and Dance

Practicing an art form is a meditation. Yes, Art is a meditation. You’re dedication towards art gives you a focus similar to meditation. When music and dance or any one of em are vibe related art form. That spreads a vibe unmatched for the push and pump for the day and it also clears the mind blocks if any.

 

  •        Water

This Liquid has the quality to cleanse our body. Drinking, Gargling, Rinsing Mouth are few basic things to be followed to make the further step for your day, it also helps in pushing out impurities from your gut. Moreover while you’re in sleep we intake water very less, so the first thing to do is give your body a re-hydration

 

  •        Night prep

Being prepared is always good. Pre planning for the next day also includes, so an idea of next day will be in mind and morning we can act upon it. Includes cooking, dress, resume, charging gadgets etc.

 

  •      If you are religious, Pray

Again, it deals with the individual’s belief. A sense of devotion for the day is added when you pray. It also makes you feel better so that you have someone or something to guide upon.

 

  •      Affirmations

A phrase or commitments you are upon are the energy you need, to make an impact or to connect or to match that energy, you need to make up your heart and mind to attract the energy. Our mind and body understands and thinks in a certain way,that is linked with the words in language. So you utter the word with full energy, confirmation and push, you are sensed to grasp the energy.
